Ariane conrad is an editorial consultant and ghostwriter known as The Book Doula. Folks and books she’s supported include Van Jones (The Green Collar Economy, Rebuild the Dream), Annie Leonard (The Story of Stuff), Ai-jen Poo (The Age of Dignity), Kennedy & Jessica Odede (Find Me Unafraid), and Rose McGowan (Brave- forthcoming). Her interviews have appeared in The Sun, The Nation, Spirituality & Health, The Surfer’s Journal, among other spots. She's also mentored organizations, individuals & start-ups in Storytelling. In addition to full-time professional storytelling & framing as the Book Doula since 2008, she has created a 4-day writing retreat called the Storia Summit in which she formalized what she does as a curriculum.
