Work? It used to be pretty simple: you would be hired - as an employee - in a given company, do as your boss tells you to, and hopefully get a decent salary in return. But the world born out of the second industrial revolution is dying, and with it, corporations - and work - as we knew them. Do we still need hierarchical organisations? How can we truly work as a network? Are co-ops the solution to the work/capital imbalance?
