Work, Distributed: Horizontal, Liquid & Collaborative organizations

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Work? It used to be pretty simple: you would be hired - as an employee - in a given company, do as your boss tells you to, and hopefully get a decent salary in return. But the world born out of the second industrial revolution is dying, and with it, corporations - and work - as we knew them. Do we still need hierarchical organisations? How can we truly work as a network? Are co-ops the solution to the work/capital imbalance?

Frédéric Lippi - Everybody should be an entrepreneur

Josef Davies-Coates - Designing an Open Organisation

Tiberius Brastaviceanu - Think outside of the box!

Frédéric Lippi

President, LIPPI
CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Lippi Group, I would define myself as an anti-authoritarian entrepreneur. | My firm belief is that if we truly want to build modern & collaborative organizations, we should start by learning to trust people by default.
