This talk starts out as a traditional presentation glimpsing into some of the amazing networks that have recently spread like wildfire. Some would say that these networks are part of the inevitable beginnings of the era of networks. Each nascent network an embryonic cell in our organisational metamorphosis.

In the second part of this talk, Shane will tap into the wisdom of the room to develop a proposal for a "network of networks"…. in just a few minutes. The audience is full of inventors and builders of networks and makers, entrepreneurs and dreamers. Do you want such a network of networks? Why? Who would it serve, include or exclude? What would be its aims, its rules? Who would be its rulers?
