Disco Bôcô @ OuiShare Fest 2014 brings people together to cook and preserve discarded fruits and vegetables. We will prepare delicious jams, chutneys and pickles to fight against food waste that every participant can bring back home :) The project mobilizes communities to connect and make use of food surplus by developing domestic preservation skills.
