Trusting Oneself So We Can Better Trust Others
The collaborative economy is built on trust. How much, what, and with whom we are willing to share our goods, services, space, and money is all dependent on how much trust we have in other people and institutions. How do we know when to trust others and when to say no? Alison will explore how to trust intuition, how to tell the difference between a "gut-feeling" and a fear-based reaction, and teach some practical methods to get in touch with our intuition so that we can better share.

(Wel)Come to the Sharing Side of the Force! (2 x 1hour)
Limited Capacity seats available

(Well)come to the sharing side of the Force!

  • Objectives of the workshop

Most of us think that sharing is a matter of trust, but are there other qualities and behaviors that we must express in oder to make collaborative economy and collaborative consumption work and prosper?

Regarding the behavioral issues of collaboration and the sharing economy in general, we would like to offer an experience with the participants like a « tour » with several steps to evaluate one's « sharing quotient » on the model of the Intellectual Quotient (IQ) or Emotional Quotient (EQ). Let’s evaluate your Sharing Quotient (SQ)!

  • People will contribute to this workshop by meeting and interacting with other participants BUT we will also leave the place with insight on your personal SQ and tips to better improve your collaborative skills

It will be fun, innovative, a lot of movement, interactions, and participation!

  • What will happen?

This moment will last no more than 1 hour but will offer 4 different sessions of exploration :

  1. "Feel like a shareman":: Games & physical experiments to test skills / difficulties of each other in collaborating

  2. “What’s my sharing quotient?” : A quiz (designed by us) where each individual can assesswhether he or she is naturally inclined to share or not and evaluate his or her potential and areas of improvement

  3. “Sharing group Therapy”: Feedbacks in groups on « sharing » experiences (AirbNb, Blablacar, Coworking, crowdfunding, etc...)

  4. Brainsharingstorming”: Brainstorming a list of all the necessary skills and share best practices

  • Number of people invited

2 sessions of 20 people each (40 in total)

  • Duration

2x1 hour (2x20 people)

4 experiences (of 15 minutes each in each session)

Time Machine Experience: Communities in 2025
Let's virtually move 20 years forward and imagine a fictional debate between 4 leaders that embody a specific aspect of the future of communities: mystic, entrepreneurial, local and stateless. The aim of this creative workshop is to make participants experience the diversity of communities in our near future. The whole experience will shed light of the choice we are currently making. Are we conscious enough of the consequences of the choices we are currently making (or not)?

Afther a short 15 mn session framing, participants will split into 4 groups according to the character they intend to support and prepare the arguments for the debate during 45 mn. The debate theme will be defined at the beginning of the workshop.

The Time Machine Experience will be conducted by Louis-David Benyayer (Without Model).

In this workshop attendees discover the unique benefits, challenges, and operations of the collaborative world – as well as the skills needed to participate in a cooperative structure!

This workshop will also be the kick-off for an european cooperation for producing the first version of Coopoly in several European languages

The Thinking Room
Welcome to The Thinking Room!

The Thinking Room is named as analogy to the smoking room, except that this room is for everyone, whether they are smokers or not. It's an invitation to rest and break from the passionate agitation that will be the Fest. The Thinking Room will literally leave room for serendipity, as it often happens in places where people come for no particular reason. Take this chance to create connections and interactions in a different way than you use to in traditional networking areas.

You’ll be joined by others, who have felt the same need at the same time, and conversations shall begin.

Your host will help foster your interactions by bringing some structure that will help make the most of this environment in only one hour. This is all you need to know at this point - to find out more yourself, see you in The Thinking Room!

Note: The number of participants is limited to 30.

[FR] From Me to We
Limited Capacity seats available

Note : this experience session will be in French.

Relational Transformation: From Ego to Eco thanks to mindfulness techniques and ODASS (Opéra Détente des Apprentis Sages en Silence). Connect to the power source -- YOU -- with a silent meditation and an opera singer.

Ego-system awareness means paying attention to the well-being of oneself. Eco-system awareness means focusing on the well-being of oneself and of the whole, which includes all the stakeholders in the system and the nature.
The switch between Ego to Eco requires a profound transformation of the types of conversation we have with each other. You will understand how to stop passively downloading information and tearing each other in vilent depbates in order to accept dialogue and shift to collective creativity.

ME, myself and I : experience & enseignement

Progressing through the levels of the iceberg from surface to depth will illuminate several blind spots

from ME to HE or HE(R) : experience & enseignement

100 millièmes de secondes suffisent pour se faire une première impression d’une personne…

Shifting awareness from EGO system to ECO system.

 The Collective mindfulness

From Me to We in 3 times

1/ Open mind represents the capacity to see the world with fresh eyes and to suspend old habits of thought

2/ Having an open heart means having the capacity to empathize, to see any situation through the eyes of someone else = OPERA

3/ And an open will is the capacity of letting go and "letting-come": letting go of old identities = MEDITATION
