I'm passionate about the sharing/collaborative economy as a way to build community connection and resilience, help people access what they need and save both time, money and resources.

I'm particularly interested in the work of anyone who is exploring networked distribution and peer-to-peer as a means of creating an economically and socially fairer world.

After taking a year's leave in 2011 to explore new territory, I returned to Zero Waste SA (South Australian government) with an idea to map the local sharing economy in Adelaide, as a first step.

In 2012, my ZWSA colleague Simone Cunningham and myself created the concept that became ShareNSave.

Along with my ZWSA colleague Matt Scales, I participated in developing & launching ShareNSave, which was launched on 20 November 2013.

Outside ZWSA, I am a co-founder of the Post Growth Institute (est. 2010) and admin PGI's Facebook page. I also have a background in the ecological cities movement, and in helping sustainability change workers become better at communication.
